Nicole Shirk is a summa cum laude graduate of Wake Forest University with a BA in Economics. She previously served as Executive Director of Fox Families Care and held senior leadership roles as Head of People at Birgo Realty and Executive Vice President for Campus Ministry at the Coalition for Christian Outreach (CCO). Nicole is a proud Pittsburgher and enjoys doing life with her husband and two teenage sons. 

Rachel graduated from Texas Christian University with a BA in Business Management. She previously worked as an Account Manager at IMA Financial Group and on the Development team at Light of Life Rescue Mission. Rachel additionally serves as a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserves. Originally from Northern Virginia, Rachel and her husband Ethan have called Pittsburgh home since graduating from the Fellows program.

Don is President and CEO of Pittsburgh Gateways, a non-profit focused on people- and place-based economic development throughout western Pennsylvania. Don holds a bachelor's degree in International Affairs/Economics from George Washington University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia. With the exception of five years of expat life in Europe, Don, his wife Elizabeth and their three children have happily called Pittsburgh home since 1992.
